Feran Home and Interiors are proud to offer in house interior design service with consulting Interior Designer Laura Gilbert.

Laura has over 20 years in the industry and is a registered Interior Designer with the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID).

With a Architecture (hons) degree Laura is also an Architectural Technician and can help you re-imagine your home on a deeper level considering connections and fl ow between internal and external spaces, architectural internal remodelling, lighting design and an overall view of how to get the most from your home.

As a registered BIID Interior Designer, Laura is governed by the procedures and code of conduct of the British Institute of Interior Design,
ensuring professional conduct and high standard of design.

We are not about ‘out of the box’ design solutions. Every clients aspirations, space, budget and way of life are considered individually.

We use a range of presentation techniques to provide an engaging experience for our clients.

We provide 3D views, visuals, sketches and samples to create a tactile and engaging design process and allow you to see and feel your space before the building work begins.

Our network is your network; through years in practice we have established close working relationships with many specialists and supplier. These connections form part of a wider network that we bring to the project and enrich our approach to collaboration.

How we work…

We offer three levels of service to suit your needs:

Level 1: Showroom Consultation

This level provides clients with an initial in-depth consultation in our showroom to discuss ideas and gather a brief. This is suitable for those who may need help in choosing colours, fabrics, and furniture.

The Showroom Consultation level allows us to discuss your requirements, explore layout options and create a detailed mood board of ideas. Our goal is to help you develop your ideas and create a space you’ll love to come home to.

Pricing varies depending on project size and requirements. If this is something that appeals to you, please get in touch to discuss your project further.

Level 2: Home Consultation and Concept Design

This consultation provides a more detailed analysis of your home, and our designers come to you to assess each room in need of design.

During this phase, we assess your needs and goals, create a brief based on your requirements, and provide you with a full concept design. You will receive a mood board and a layout plan as part of this service.

Beyond the initial consultation, this level allows for ongoing support in choosing specific colours, fabrics, lighting, and furniture, either in our showroom or during home visits. Concept drawings will help you to visualize the space before any design changes are made.

This level of service is ideal for clients looking for more design guidance and help bringing their ideas to life.

Level 3: Full Design Service

Our full design service provides a complete end-to-end solution, tailored to the specifics of your home. It is ideal for those embarking on larger projects and renovations, or those looking to redesign multiple rooms.
